- Preparing outgoing property condition reports (inspection reports)
- Performing move-in inspections
- Providing for and following up with tenant utility and move-in checklist
- Completing all tasks through task management software
- Maintain and monitor vacancy log
- Assist clients in obtaining occupancy permits through local government
- Review lease expiration dates and execute lease renewals
- Listing properties for rent, communicating with vacancy specialists to find a new renter
- Attending and participating in-office meetings
- Attending and participating in training sessions as directed by the Manager
- Attend out-of-state training as needed
